Not sure how to register a trademark? No problem, trademark registration is one of our specialties. We can help you with the registration of trademarks for the EU territory. The validity of the trademark is 10 years and can be renewed indefinitely.
The price of the service includes filling in the application for registration of a trademark. Along with the application form we will send you detailed application instructions. The price also includes 1 hour of coordination activities (usually sufficient). As part of the coordination activities, we will find out all your requirements and we will inform you about the conditions for the processing of the logo (graphic design of the trademark). We will also discuss the classification of the trademark with you.
Price does not include EUIPO administrative fees EUR 850 for the filing of one trade mark application in one class. The fee shall be increased by EUR 50 for a second class. And for the third and all other classes, the fee shall be increased by EUR 150.
